Page 1 December 16,2011And Here’s to Fall Semester!This semester definitely flew by so fast! We dominated at Greek Week this year by being 2011’s football CHAMPIONS! Needless to say, we were very excited and proud of our super star players. In addition to Greek Week, we also had so much fun at our Disney Channel Original Movie-themed exchange with Sigma Phi Epsilon and an Around the World exchange with Beta Theta Pi. This semester, we had some great sisterhood moments at a shopping event at Brandy Melville in Santa Monica and a trip to Six Flags with all of our sisters! And in addition to sisterhood bonding, we partnered with our local philanthropy, The Mildred Cursh Foundation, and threw a small Halloween party for the kids! Who knew beanbag tosses and painting pumpkins could be so much fun?! We finished up our great semester with fall elections (see results below!) and a wonderful time at our fall formal. Can’t wait to see what spring semester brings us! Everyone is getting ready and excited for Greek Week! We are working hard to get a repeat of our perfect score and a win for LipSync, and our football team is working hard to make a statement on the field. Join us for football on October 1st & 2nd and LipSync on October 8th!May 24, 2011Ending 2010-2011 With a BangSpring semester was a successful one. We brought back Aphiasco to our campus for its 15th anniversary and made over $44,000. Thank you to everyone who attended, donated and supported our event. We could not have done it without you. The Zeta Beta Chapter celebrated their success at their Spring Formal which was held at the Bel Air Country Club. It was a gorgeous venue where we celebrated the year, our new Ivy man Kyle Anderson, and our seniors who would be parting us sooner than we would like. We could not thank the seniors enough for how great they are and all their contributions to Alpha Phi, but we did a valiant effort through a week of events showing our appreciation. On May 6th we watched the Class of 2011 walk across the stage and could not have been prouder of our Alpha Phi seniors. Apart of Loyola Marymounts great Class of 2011, we had some Alpha Phi's with high honors within their class. Our very own Erin Keyes was announced to have the highest GPA of all Biology majors, and Kelley McInnes held the highest GPA of all ISQM majors. Not only did we have these two amazing girls walk across the stage with high honors, but our past president Kelley Cohen gave an amazing speech as the Class of 2011's Valedictorian. We could not have been more proud of our senior class and are sad to say goodbye. Thank you to our lovely seniors for everything you have contributed to Alpha Phi, we are really going to miss you.March 29, 201115th Annual AphiascoPlease join Loyola Marymount University's Alpha Phi Zeta Beta Chapter for their 15th Annual APhiasco dinner and auction event. Throughout the night, you will have the chance to participate in a silent auction, live aution, and a variety of raffles with many wonderful trips and items up for auction!Alpha Phi is pleased to be hosting this wonderful event in order to benefit the Alpha Phi Foundation and the Mildred Crush Foundation. The Alpha Phi Foundation is Alpha Phi's national philanthropy which raises money for cardiac care, the betterment of women, scholarship for our sisters, and aids Alpha Phis in various financial areas. The Mildred Cursh Foundation is the Zeta Beta Chapter's new hands-on philanthropy which we took on last semester. It is a center for underprivileged children, kindergarten through high school, located in Venice, CA. Alpha Phis in our chapter go to the center four days per week to tutor, mentor, and engage in other fun activities with the children. Alpha Phi Fraternity

Founded in 1872 by ten forward thinking women at Syracuse University, Alpha Phi is now one of the oldest and largest women's fraternities in North America.To visit the international Alpha Phi Fraternity website, Click HereAlpha Phis are members of a lifelong sisterhood, a womans' fraternity. Our keystone is friendshipwarm, simple and sincere. In Alpha Phi there is encouragement, understanding, and opportunities to grow. Mission Statement:Alpha Phi International Fraternity is a membership organization dedicated to promoting sisterhood, cultivating leadership, encouraging intellectual curiosity and advocating service. Alpha Phi develops character for a lifetime.Behind the Name:Alpha Phi is represented by the Greek letters "Alpha," the first letter of the Greek alphabet, and "Phi" the twenty-first letter. The "Phi" in Alpha Phi is pronounced "fee" not "fie." Why? In the Greek language, "Phi" is pronounced "fee" when it follows a vowel. Brave hearts filled with a noble purpose whose eyes saw clearly into the futureAt a time when society looked upon women only as daughters, wives, and mothersand therefore not in need of higher educationour ten founders were pioneers of the coeducational system. Attending school with the handicap of implied, if not open, opposition, our founders sought support from each other.There was a need for a social center, a place of conference, a tie which should unite, a circle of friends who could sympathize with one another in their perplexities. They formed Alpha Phi in 1872 at Syracuse University.Today, Alpha Phi continues to provide a "tie which unites, a circle of friends" for women young and old all around the world. From hand to hand and heart to heart, we are all grateful and proud of the legacy left to us by our founders. Clara Bradley Wheeler Baker Burdettelived the longest, most active life of all of the Founders. She was born in East Bloomfield, New York. A member of Phi Beta Kappa, she graduated in the class of 1876. She was a writer, lecturer, business woman, philanthropist, a trustee of Syracuse University, and held many volunteer positions that filled her nearly ninety-nine years. Nationally recognized for her achievements, Clara was listed in Whos Who of America. Hattie Florence Chidester Lukens...was born in Utica, New York. She received her B.S. degree in 1875 at age 21, and her M.S. degree in 1879. Upon graduation she became an elocutionist and teacher of higher mathematics in the high school in Bedford, Pennsylvania. She also taught in Minnesota, Clifton Springs, New York, and in Teacher's Institutes in Pennsylvania and Iowa.She gave numerous readings in fourteen states and territories. A Syracuse newspaper wrote: "It is a matter of gratification that a Syracuse lady and graduate of the University has achieved such flattering success in this difficult department of literary work."Her father's office served as the first chapter room. The rent was $7.50 a term. Florence was the first Founder to enter the Silent Chapter. Martha Emily Foote Crow...was born at Sacketts Harbor, New York. She received a Ph.D. in English literature. She taught and wrote, and went abroad to study at Cambridge, Oxford, and Leipzig.From the beginning of Alpha Phi, she dreamed of an international Fraternity. Part of the chapter program was literary exercise, and in one of these essays she wrote: "Now that we have founded the Alpha Chapter of the Alpha Phi Sorority, is this all there is to do? ... No indeed ... We have all the Alphabet to go through, and to go through again and again ... Can we not be a World Society as well as a National One? Yes, there is work enough for all of us and today is no time to be idle."She was the first National President of Alpha Phi and was an administrator in education. She was the fourth Alpha Phi to serve as Dean of Women at Northwestern University, and also a founder of the American Association of University Women.Marthas biography, written by Julia Kramer, is available by contacting the Alpha Phi Foundation. Ida Arabella Gilbert DeLamanter Houghton...was born in Phoenix, New York. She received her B.S. in 1876 and in 1879 she received an M.S. degree in modern languages. After college, she taught school and wrote for newspapers and magazines.Ida never entered a room - she breezed in, and everybody stopped until they heard what she had to say. But although she was witty and full of fun, she was never unkind. She lived in a mansion on Turtle Street in Syracuse, and she and her mother arranged the first Alpha Phi banquet there following initiation. To her and her mother we owe this tradition which we still enjoy. Jane Sara Higham...was born in Rome, New York. She received her B.A. degree in 1876 and her M.A. degree in 1879. After college she taught for a short time in Syracuse, then from 1882 to 1892 she taught at the High School in Rome, New York. She then traveled in Europe for a year. Thereafter, for forty years she taught Latin at the Rome Free Academy.After Jane Higham had attended her last Convention, she wrote, "When I think of the faces of Alpha Phi women, I feel sure that Alpha Phi is big enough and noble enough to reach out and help others where there is the greatest need."She, Mattie Foote, and Clara Bradley became members of Phi Beta Kappa. A newspaper editorial paid her tribute when she retired in 1921: "No teacher has made a more lasting impression of true culture and refinement of spirit than Miss Higham, and she has always had the happy faculty of inspiring both friendship and effort." Kate Elizabeth Hogoboom Gilbert...was born in Ovid, New York. She received her B.S. degree in 1875 in the scientific course at age 20, her M.S. in 1878, and a music degree in 1879.After graduation she studied music in Boston and later taught at Newark and Ithaca, New York. She possessed an excellent soprano voice and sang in the choirs of several Syracuse churches. She was very active in many civic and religious activities of Syracuse. She was gifted also in the field of debate.She was the first recording secretary of the chapter and, along with Mattie Foote, wrote the Ritual and the first Constitution. Her enthusiasm for Alpha Phi was infectious, and she was very popular. She also became the mother of the first Alpha Phi daughter, Ruth Gilbert Becker, Alpha. Elizabeth Grace Hubbell Shults...was born in Rochester, New York. She was a brilliant student who graduated with marked honor from the Rochester Free Academy at age thirteen. At sixteen she taught in the Rochester Collegiate Institute, then took a brief preparatory course in the Genesee Wesleyan Conference Seminary, entering Syracuse University in the fall of 1872. She graduate with honors from the four year classical course, displaying unusual ability in Latin, mathematics, and political science.She was 22 years old when Alpha Phi was founded, and the only one old enough to sign the legal documents.She was an excellent debater, and one of the first exercises of the chapter was a debate, which she and Mattie Foote won on the topic: "Resolved: That women have their rights." Rena A. Michaels Atchison...was the first president of Alpha Phi, and the Michaelanean Society derives its name from hers. The Michaelanean Society still exists as a corporation and owns the Alpha Phi Syracuse chapter house. She was in the class of 1874, engaged in the study of the classics and literary work, which she continued to study from 1874 to 1877. She received her M.S. degree in 1879 and her Ph.D. in history in 1880.She was a professor of modern languages and preceptress at Upper Iowa University, Fayette, Iowa; she later held these same positions at Albion College, Albion, Michigan from 1882-85.She was also a professor of Spanish and Italian languages and literature and preceptress at DePauw University, and then Dean of Women's College, Northwestern University from 1886-1891. She was an admirer of Frances Willard and became a lecturer for the Women's Christian Temperance Union. Louise Viola Shepard Hancock...was an inseparable friend of Jane Higham. Born in Rome, New York, she attended Rome Free Academy with Jane, and together they entered Syracuse University. Louise and Jane remained the closest friends till Louise's death, and Louise's children called her "Aunt Janie." She was in the class of 1876 and received a master's degree two years later.She had a vivid imagination and keen sense of humor. Throughout her life she made literary contributions to various papers and envisioned many of the privileges which have come to women today. Clara Bradley said Louise "always wanted the last word, and got it. She was a real contender for high and noble things." Clara Sittser Williams...was born in Weedsport, New York. She was the only Founder not to graduate from the University, leaving in 1874. Her course had been Latin-scientific. She had taught school for a time. Clara was the only farmer's daughter among the Original Ten. The first Alpha Phi meeting was held in her room.In her "Old Girl and Days of '72," written for the 40th reunion, Clara wrote, "We thought it would be a fine idea socially to form a circle of sympathetic friends whom we would know personally. We had as our aim the mutual improvement of each other, ever trying to do our best in college work, always keeping a high ideal before us. Never under any circumstances were we to speak disparagingly of a sister. We were to be ever loyal to one another, in joys or sorrows, success or failure, and ever extend a helping hand to our sisters who needed our aid; truly we planned to be a 'Union hand in hand.' "

Symbols

Fraternity SymbolThe symbol of Alpha Phi is the ivy leaf. (Hence our term "Ivy League")The Fraternity CrestThe Fraternity Crest is the Alpha Phi coat-of-arms, adopted by Convention delegates in 1922. The shield is Bordeaux with a scroll and ivy leaf above it. Inscribed on the scroll is the public motto, Union hand in hand. A bar of silver crosses the shield from left to right; the upper half of the shield contains a Roman lamp in silver and the lower half, Ursa Major. The meaning of the symbols depicted on the crest is a significant part of the ritual witnessed at initiation. The use of the Fraternity crest is reserved for jewelry, sportswear and other Fraternity equipment befitting the dignity and honor of Alpha Phis heritage. Fraternity ColorsThe colors of Alpha Phi are Silver and Bordeaux. The original colors were blue and gold. In 1879, noting that a fraternity had colors too similar, Alpha Phi adopted the more distinctive colors of silver and Bordeaux. Members wear their colors in the form of a ribbon of silver/gray and Bordeaux, under their badge to acknowledge special occasions, the installation of a new chapter, the anniversary of their chapters installation or the celebration of Alpha Phi Founders Day, October 10.Fraternity FlowersThe flowers of Alpha Phi are the fragrant lily of the valley and the blue and gold forget-me-not. Fraternity ConstellationThe Fraternity constellation is Ursa Major, the Great Bear. This symbol can be seen on the Alpha Phi crest and is displayed on the ceiling of the Alpha Phi Executive Office in Evanston, Illinois. Fraternity MascotThe mascot of Alpha Phi, the Phi Bear, is named after Ursa Major, the Great Bear, and was adopted in 1974.

Facts and FAQ's Joining Alpha PhiJoining a sorority is the choice of a lifetime. Membership in a sorority opens the door to new and exciting things during your college years and beyond.The decision to participate in sorority recruitment is one that should be well thought out and investigated. On the following pages, we hope you are able to gather a thorough understanding of the recruitment process and why the choice of a lifetime lies in the decision to join ALPHA PHI.Frequently Asked QuestionsWhere do I begin? The most common way to pledge a sorority is through the formal recruitment period. Each college campus with sororities has an organization called Panhellenic, the governing body that organizes activities including all sorority chapters. The Panhellenic organizes the time and events that make up formal recruitment.When is formal recruitment?Formal recruitment at most universities is held either early in fall term or at the beginning of spring term. At LMU, women's formal recruitment is held at the beginning of the spring semester. This gives freshmen an advantage to get to know women in different sororities before rush even begins!What will being in a sorority do for me?Leadership opportunitiesLife long friendshipsSisterhoodOpportunity to give back to the community through serviceEmphasis on scholarshipSocial OpportunitiesEverlasting memoriesNetworking opportunities to connect with national chapter members from across the country and internationallyWhat is Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment?Recruitment is a week long series of events, coordinated by the LMU Greek Council, where the chapters get to know you, and you get to know the women of each chapter. Panhellenic sorority recruitment is a mutual selection process that is filled with activities designed to offer prospective members the chance to learn about the Panhellenic sororities in a concentrated period of time. It is an opportunity for students to meet the sorority members, ask questions, and define financial obligations, time commitments, and membership requirements. Whether or not you decide to join a Panhellenic sorority, recruitment is a great way to meet people and get acquainted with life at LMU.What is a legacy?A Legacy is a Potential New Member who has a mother, grandmother, or sister who is/was a member of a sorority while in college. Legacies may be given special consideration by the chapters that their female family member(s) are affiliated with, but they are never guaranteed membership in that particular sorority. At LMU, we reaffirm the statement that legacies are not given automatic invitations to become members. We suggest every woman in Membership Recruitment have an open mind toward all of our sororities.If I am a legacy to a sorority, is there anything special I should know?Each potential new member is considered on an individual basis; legacies are no more obligated to join a particular sorority than the sorority is obligated to pledge her. The potential new member and the sorority are looking for happiness and compatibility, not a family connection to the group. You will also be able to indicate your legacy status when you register online.Is there a minimum GPA requirement?LMU requires that anyone participating in recruitment not be on academic probation and maintain at least a 2.5 GPA with 12 units completed. Please be advised that every sorority has established its own academic requirements, some of which are significantly higher than the LMU requirement. Many chapters follow the guidelines set by their inter/national organizations when deciding to offer invitations and bids. It is also important to note that very few grade exceptions are made by each chapter. Potential new members who do not meet a chapter's academic requirements are released early in the recruitment process to allow them the opportunity to explore other alternatives. However, grades are considered throughout the entire process.What is the difference between NPC, NPHC and NALFO sororities?This can be confusing to many people inside and outside of the Greek community. NPC is the National Panhellenic Council, which is the national body that governs what most consider "traditional" sororities. These chapters at LMU are Alpha Phi, Delta Delta Delta, Delta Gamma, Delta Zeta, Kappa Alpha Theta and Pi Beta Phi.The NPHC stands for the National Pan-Hellenic Council, the governing national body comprised of historically African-American fraternities and sororities. LMU has two chapters that are NPHC affiliated: Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc.NALFO stands for the National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations, the umbrella council for Latino fraternities. LMU has one NALFO chapter: Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority Inc.

Sisterhood is one of the three ideals of Alpha Phi, and is the bond, which holds all of our sisters together. This ideal is not only promoted through our meetings and events, but most importantly through our actions. We are more than friends; we are sisters who constantly support one another.Ivy LeagueThe Ivy League is another term we use for our sisterhood- named for our fraternity symbol, the ivy leaf. Like ivy, our sisterhood holds together, but continues to grow.Sisterhood EventsWe have many events during the year to give us opportunities to spend time with our sisters. Some of the events we have had recently include: a Dodgers baseball game, a trip to Six Flags Magic Mountain, shopping night at Brandy Melville in Santa Monica, a day on the Santa Monica Pier, horseback riding in Griffith Park, go-cart racing, and attending a taping of the Jay Leno Show. We also have smaller scale events such as pumpkin carving, picnics, ice cream trips and sisterly nail salon visits! In the fall, we have an annual retreat where chapter issues are discussed in order to improve for the new year.These events help to bring all of the Alpha Phis in Zeta Beta closer together.Bigs & LittlesOnce Alpha Phi receives a new pledge class, the chapter immediately begins a process called "ivy linking." Ivy linking is when a new member is paired up with several active members in order to get to know the chapter better in her beginning stages as an Alpha Phi. Through this process, girls bond with one another and each new member receives a "Big Sis". A Big Sis is always an Alpha Phi from an older pledge class who takes a new member as a "Little Sis" in order to establish a mentor-like family bond. Bigs & Littles are a fun and successful dynamic of our Alpha Phi sisterhood.PresentsAbout a month after new members receive their bids, they are presented to family, friends and sisters at the Presents ceremony. This event is an excellent way for family members to discover more about sorority life and what it means to be part of Alpha Phi. The new members are presented by their new Big Sisters.

Scholarship

Scholarship is one of our three ideals and good scholarship is highly encouraged. We promote this with events, recognition and small incentives. There are Alpha Phis in academic clubs and honors organizations.Involvement in other organizations at LMU is also encouraged. We have members who are involved in such organizations as the Order of Omega, the Greek Honor Society. The ideal of scholarship is held with high regard in Alpha Phi, and will continue to be considered a priority to the Zeta Beta Chapter. Alpha Phi Average GPA 3.39 All LMU Women Average GPA 3.26 All LMU Average GPA 3.16Scholarship Program:Every semester Alpha Phis are encouraged to perform well academically. Each girl who is on the Dean's List is recognized in front of the chapter, and those with the highest GPA per class receive an additional gift. For every A an Alpha Phi receives on a test or paper her name is put into a drawing for gifts given out during the semester. Study hours are held twice a week in order to allow for all of our members to either receive help or to just study together. Finally, speakers are asked to come in to provide more assistance. Alpha Phi takes pride in being a sorority made up of well-rounded and accomplished women. We are known for our outstanding social events in addition to many other interfraternal involvement opportunities on and off campus. Our social events are a great way to have fun with our sisters and guests and celebrate all of the hard work we put into the LMU community! Scroll down to find out more about our interfraternal relations!ExchangesAn exchange is an event Alpha Phi has with an LMU fraternity. We typically have two exchanges per semester and each exchange has its own unique theme to which people costume accordingly! Some previous exchane themes have been "Disney Channel Original Movies" with Sigma Phi Epsilon, "Around the World" with Beta Theta Pi, "A for Alpha" with Lambda Chi Alpha, and "Rock and Roll Wedding" with Sigma Chi. Please, feel free to peruse pictures from our exchanges in the media section!InvitesEvery semester Alpha Phi has two invites. These events are exclusive to members of Alpha Phi and each girl's invited date. In the fall, we have a themed date dance as well as a semi-formal. In the spring, we hold "Spring Fling" and Formal. These events are held at numerous venues around Los Angeles including the Bel Air Country Club, The Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Downtown LA, Forbidden City in Hollywood and the Manhattan Beach Marriott. Any Alpha Phi date will say that these events are among the best!WatchcareAs sisters in Alpha Phi, we take care of one another - this is personified through our watchcare program. At each of our social events, we have a group of women designated as watchcare members who keep a watchful eye out to ensure the safety of all the women from the moment we arrive at our transportation until we arrive home. Interfraternal RelationsAlthough our sisterhood is so strong, our friendships and experiences often branch outside of Alpha Phi. We are proud to share our college experiences with other members of the LMU community. Besides exchanges, some ways that we bond with our fellow Greeks and LMU students are through sorority bonding days and by participating in other philanthropies. Ivy ManEvery year, Alpha Phi selects our "Ivy Man" or "Many of Ivy." Our Ivy Man is essentially our male, Alpha Phi "sweetheart." He is always an LMU student, and almost always a member of an LMU fraternity. In order to be selected Ivy Man, he must demonstrate chivalry, friendship and admiration towards the women of Alpha Phi. Potential Ivy Men are nominated by chapter members and then must demonstrate why they should be chosen as our very own Mr. Alpha Phi. Ivy Man is announced every year at our Spring Formal. Our 2011-2012 Ivy Man is Kyle Anderson, Sig EpOther PhilanthropiesParticipating in other organizations' philanthropies is a large part of Alpha Phi. We have so much fun with the LMU community while simultaneously giving back. Some philanthropies Alpha Phi participates in annually are Kappa Alpha Theta's KAT_BAT, Pi Beta Phi's Arrowspike, Delta Gamma's Anchor Splash, Tri-Delta's Almost Golf, Delta Zeta's Turtle Tug, Sigma Phi Epsilon's Dodgeballin', Lambda Chi Alpha's Pumpkin Smash and Sigma Chi's Derby Days!

Philanthropy

Service is one of Alpha Phi's three ideals. We live out this ideal by volunteering as well as hosting two philanthropies a year: Aphiasco in the spring & Capture-A-Phi in the fall. These philanthropies benefit the Alpha Phi Foundation and the Mildred Cursh Foundation.About our Spring Philanthropy: A-PHI-ASCOOur event is a live and silent auction accompanied by a dinner that is hosted by the women of Zeta Beta. This occasion benefits the Alpha Phi Foundation and the Mildred Cursh Foundation, a non-profit organization in Venice that aims to help children with incarcerated parents. Nationally, LMU is one of the top contributing Alpha Phi chapters to the Alpha Phi Foundation, raising over $250,000 in the past 5 years. We strive to make each year's event better than the last.Our 17th Annual Aphiasco will take place on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at 5:00 PMLoyola Marymount University.The women of Alpha Phi work hard to organize a successful event that demonstrates the ability of a student organization at LMU to make a serious impact upon the community. As stated before, we are the largest national contributors to the Alpha Phi Foundation, We also raise more money than all other Greeks at LMU combined. Our hard work certainly pays off when we see the joy on our friends, families and other members of our Greek Community's faces at Aphiasco.Click here to buy tickets to Aphiasco 2012!About our Fall Philanthropy:Capture-A-PhiIn 2010 Alpha Phi began a fall philanthropy on campus for students to participate in. Capture-A-Phi is a capture the flag tournament held in Sunken Gardens on LMU's campus. This philanthropy benefits the Mildred Cursh Foundation, a non-profit organization in Venice, CA that helps children with incarcerated parents. Our 2nd Annual Capture-A-Phi will take place on Sunday, November 6, 2011 inSunken Gardens.Please do not hesitate to contact Kim Tran, Director of Philantropy, with any questions at ktran9_lion.lmu.eduHeart Awareness:The National Alpha Phi Foundation is an important funding source of education in womens cardiac health, leadership development and philanthropy. The Foundation dedicates itself to programs which support cardiac care awareness, and the Zeta Beta chapter hosts a Heart Health Week on LMU's campus, by learning about how to keep our hearts healthy and sharing these tips with our fellow students.Service:In addition to our philanthropies, Alpha Phi sisters are committed to giving their time and energy to LMU and the surrounding communities through service projects. In the past semester Alpha Phi sisters logged over 1000 hours of their time helping worthy community organizations. They also participate in many Greek philanthropic events put on at LMU. Alpha Phi also joined up with LMU fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon, and cleaned the beaches at Dockweiler State Beach.Greek Philanthropies:Alpha Phi participates in philanthropy events that other Greek organizations host. We are proud to have a team of Alpha Phi's participating in every event. Among these are Delta Gamma Anchor Splash, Pi Phi Arrowspike, Kappa Alpha Theta's Kat _ Bat, Sig Ep's Dodgeballin', Delta Zeta's Turtle Tug, Tri-Delta's Almost Golf, Lambda Chi's Pumpkin Smash and Sigma Chi Derby Days.It's a great way for Alpha Phis to bond with each other, other fraternities and sororities, and the entire Greek Community, while helping out a worthy cause.
